Warranty Coverage Period

All tumblers and water bottles are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty applies exclusively to:

  • Defects in materials

  • Defects in workmanship

If a qualifying defect is confirmed during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component with the same or a comparable item.

Lids and Straws

Replacement lids and straws are provided only when a confirmed manufacturing defect is present and covered under this warranty.

Replacement lids or straws are not provided for preventative, convenience, loss, or general wear purposes, and are not available outside of approved warranty claims.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or cosmetic changes over time

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, drops, or exposure to extreme temperatures

  • Lost, misplaced, or stolen products or components, including lids and straws

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
