Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer discounted shipping rates to make your shopping experience even better. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping carrier:

We use FedEx as our carrier to ensure your order gets to you on time. The choice of carrier can provide a secure and fast delivery of your order.

We also have daily UPS pickups, if you prefer to provide your own shipping labels.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for orders from our warehouse at 1363 NW 155th Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33169. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our pickup hours are 9:00 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST. Please have your order confirmation with you when you come.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and rates are provided by the carriers you select.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Naftali Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
